That video about Modest Mouse’s “Lonesome Crowded West” the other day reminded me about this band, Lync, which I had totally forgotten about and feel bad about forgetting about now.

There’s a lot of music from the mid-1990s that is amazing. It used to be that you looked at what bands a band thanked on their record, and then you bought /those/ bands’ records. If you’re nine and you like this, there’s a lot to discover for you. Oh the places you’ll go. I am drunk.
